Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate expected to act in the absence of the Store Manager, supervise cashiers and stockers, and drive store performance. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and returns, maintaining cleanliness and security, and supporting sales leadership with merchandising, inventory control, and store-operations tasks. Requires strong math, cashiering skills, customer service, and ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
