Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate leads in-store customer service, operates cash register, stocks and restocks merchandise, maintains store cleanliness, executes planograms, and may perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow cash handling and safety policies, proficiency with merchandise presentation, mathematics for transactions, and ability to drive to bank deposits as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
