Lead Sales Associate role responsible for acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, building displays, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash, providing superior customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store leadership. Requires math proficiency, knowledge of cash handling, ability to read plan-o-gram guidance, and effective interpersonal and written communication skills. Preferred education: high school diploma or equivalent plus six months of supervisory experience or related training. Relocation assistance is not available.
