Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate with Dollar General in Burlington, NC. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker and leads in the absence of store management. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating cash register, handling refunds/overrides, deposits, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment. Provides exemplary customer service, supports loss prevention efforts, and helps with store opening/closing under direction. Requires supervisory experience and strong math, cash handling, and communication skills; in-store, face-to-face operations in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
