Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for providing superior customer service, helping customers locate and purchase merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store, executing planograms, and assisting in store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Requires strong interpersonal and cash-handling skills, ability to follow safety policies and merchandise presentation guidelines, and readiness to perform duties typical of a Sales Associate with a leadership role when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
