Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Bogart, GA. Functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-gram adherence, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, ensuring a clean and safe store, and supporting merchandising and display setup. Demonstrates exemplary customer service, helps supervise cashier accountability, and assists in store opening/closing under direction. Knowledge and skills include basic math, cash handling, plan-o-gram interpretation, safety practices, and effective communication. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (preferred). Relocation assistance is not available.
