Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include providing superior customer service, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining clean store and displays, assisting with planograms, and opening/closing the store under direction of management. Skills include effective interpersonal and oral communication, knowledge of cash handling procedures, safety policies, ability to read planograms, and ability to perform calculations and use cash registers. The role also requires ability to drive to the bank for deposits and to work in a fast-paced retail environment at the Beaufort, SC location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
