Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for delivering superior customer service, operating cash register, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, implementing planograms, and assisting in store operations including opening/closing under Store Manager direction. Requires effective interpersonal/oral communication, adherence to safety policies, ability to follow planograms, cash handling and basic math, and willingness to perform duties as needed in absence of management. Must be able to drive bank deposits as needed. Previous supervisory experience or related training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
