Lead Sales Associate duties include functioning as a cashier and/or stocker and acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities cover unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, helping customers, operating the cash register, handling cash, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store security and team coordination. Requires strong math, cash handling, customer service, merchandising, and supervisory skills; high school diploma or equivalent preferred with supervisory experience a plus.
