Lead Sales Associate duties include acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, cashiering and stocking duties, assisting with plan-o-grams and merchandising, providing exemplary customer service, unloading trucks, stocking and stocking displays, operating the cash register and handling payments, maintaining store cleanliness and security practices, and supervising cashiers and store processes to support profitability and teamwork. Must be capable of following company SOPs, opening/closing the store under direction, and applying loss-prevention practices. Strong math, cash-handling, communication, and customer-service skills are required.
