Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for cashiering, stocking, and serving in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires ability to perform cashiering and basic supervisory tasks, with emphasis on teamwork, adherence to policies, and maintaining a secure, efficient store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
