Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering, stocking, and acting in the absence of store management; assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, provide exemplary customer service, unload trucks, stock and rotate merchandise, assist in displaying products, operate the cash register and process payments, greet customers, maintain cleanliness and store appearance, monitor cash levels, authorize refunds/overrides in the absence of management, and support store security and safety. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
