Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate functions as a cashier and/or stocker with lead responsibilities in the absence of store management. Responsibilities include unloading and stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, providing exemplary customer service, operating the cash register, handling payments and deposits, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and upholding company policies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Requires supervising experience, strong math and cash-handling skills, knowledge of plan-o-gram execution, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
