Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General who provides customer-service leadership, operates the cash register, stocks and recovers merchandise, builds displays, follows planograms, assists in opening/closing, and performs duties in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing purchases, stocking and merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness, implementing planograms, and supporting store leadership as needed. Requires effective communication, basic math, cash handling, safety awareness, and the ability to drive store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
