Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include providing superior customer service, operating a cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, cleaning, setting up merchandise displays, and assisting in store-management tasks in the absence of store leadership. Must understand planograms, perform basic math, and follow safety and cash-handling policies. High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) are preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, and the ability to drive bank deposits are required.
