Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in LaGrange, IN: acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, performs cashier and stocker duties, assists with plan-o-gram implementation and merchandising, delivers exemplary customer service, unloads trucks, stocks and faces merchandise, processes transactions, handles refunds/overrides, maintains store cleanliness and safety, and supports store operations and profitability. Requires strong math, cash handling, plan-o-gram following, customer service, and supervisory skills; High school diploma or equivalent and related supervisory experience preferred.
