Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Kadoka, SD: Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Duties include unloading trucks, receiving/opening/unpacking cartons, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and change, cleaning and stocking, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, providing exemplary customer service, and assisting with store operations including opening/closing under Area Manager direction, refunds/overrides, and security practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
