Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for providing superior customer service, operating cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in planogram execution. Serves in a lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager, with duties including greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking, merchandising displays, store opening/closing, and supporting store profitability and asset protection. Requires strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, math ability, cash handling proficiency, knowledge of planograms, and adherence to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
- 21+ years old
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.
