Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General responsible for providing superior customer service, operating the cash register, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and assisting in planogram implementation. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager, greeting customers, processing transactions, building merchandise displays, and ensuring store profitability and safety. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related training). Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, knowledge of cash handling, planograms, and basic math are essential. May involve opening/closing duties and occasional travel to bank deposits; on-site role at Huntsville, AL locations.
