Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Cherryfield, ME. Functions include cashiering and stocking with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; assists in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs; delivers exemplary customer service; unloads trucks, stocks merchandise, rotates and faces shelves, and assists customers. Key duties include operating the cash register, handling deposits and change, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, supporting in-store merchandising, and providing superior customer service leadership. Requires knowledge of cash handling, plan-o-gram adherence, and basic math; High School diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
