Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate (Full-Time) in Cherryfield, ME (21+). Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include supervising merchandising plan-o-grams, stocking and displaying merchandise, assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Additional duties include unloading trucks, stock replenishment, cashier accountability, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction; prior supervisory experience and strong interpersonal and cash-handling skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
