Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering and stocking, acting in lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, implementing and maintaining plan-o-gram(s), assisting customers, operating the cash register, processing payments and refunds, and maintaining a clean, organized store while supporting profitability and safety. Requires ability to perform cashier duties, understand plan-o-gram guidance, provide superior customer service, and uphold company policies; high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
