Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General: perform cashiering and stocking with lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager; responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, delivering exemplary customer service, operating cash registers, handling refunds/overrides, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and providing supervisory support to cashiers and staff when needed. Requires knowledge of cash handling, plan-o-grams, merchandising presentation, and basic math; prefers high school diploma or equivalent and some supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
