Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate responsible for cashiering and stocking with lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager. Drives execution of plan-o-grams, delivers exemplary customer service, and supports store profitability and security. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, implementing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash and deposits, maintaining a clean and organized front end, setting up displays, and providing superior customer service leadership. Must be able to perform math, cash handling, and communicate effectively, while adhering to safety policies and company procedures. Relocation assistance is not available; role based in Irvine, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred
