Lead Sales Associate-FT in Dawson Springs, KY. Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Provide exemplary customer service. Perform other duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Duties include unloading trucks, stocking and displaying merchandise, greeting customers, operating the cash register and POS, handling refunds and bank deposits in the absence of store leadership, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting store operations.
