Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate duties include providing customer-service leadership, operating the cash register, stocking and rotating merchandise, executing planograms, cleaning and organizing the store, and assisting in opening/closing in the Store Manager/ASM’s absence. Skills include effective interpersonal and verbal communication, basic math for transactions, cash handling procedures, understanding planograms, and ability to drive store efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and supervisory experience (preferred).
