Job Summary
Greet and assist customers while operating cash registers to process transactions and collect payments. Lead store operations by stocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and cleaning the store to ensure a well-organized environment. Open and close the store under Store Manager direction, performing additional duties typically assigned to management when absent. Requires six months of supervisory experience, ability to drive for bank deposits, and physical capability for frequent lifting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training)

- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Understanding of safety policies and practices
- Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Ability to perform cash register functions
- Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies and practices
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money
