Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Beaver Dam, KY. Functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker and acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, enforcing plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling payments and refunds, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, supervising cashiers, and supporting store operations and security. Requires basic math, cash handling knowledge, ability to follow plan-o-grams, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred. Relocation not offered.
