Job Summary
Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences. Train and supervise team members, meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise, and properly process donations while tracking inventory. Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting to ensure accurate donation counts. Perform janitorial duties, maintain security, and ensure compliance with safety and policies in a fast-paced environment. Work 40-hour weeks with weekend availability, lifting up to 40 pounds. Support Goodwill's mission through life-changing programs like job training and digital skills assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to accommodate diverse communication styles and abilities
- Weekend availability
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to team lift or use equipment to aid in the lifting and movement of items over 40 pounds
- Work around occupational allergens, both air and contact, including but not limited to, dust, animal hair and dander, perfumes, and mold
- Moderate noise level tolerance
