Job Summary
Lead Sales Associate for airport stores at Las Vegas Raiders retail locations. Provide excellent customer service, process sales transactions, manage inventory and merchandising, assist with open/close procedures, training of team members, and maintain accurate POS operations. Requires leadership/supervisory experience, strong organization and communication, ability to multitask in a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and adherence to TSA/FAA background checks. Responsibilities include assisting store manager, handling returns/exchanges, inventory cycles, merchandising displays, and supporting team through training and directing daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- One year of leadership/supervisory sales and customer service experience
- Must be highly organized and possess a strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management and communication skills
- Possess a strong resilience
- Knowledge of POS systems, a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays providing at least twenty-four (24) hours of work availability per seven (7) day work week)
- Must successfully pass security background checks and testing, adhering to TSA and FAA regulations
