Lead Sales and Service Representative (59850)

Provide real-time support to Member Service Counselors, handle escalated member service issues, and consistently meet performance metrics while achieving high member satisfaction scores. Deliver accurate information on AAA Northeast products and services, manage member wait times, and directly service members in person or over the phone to ensure seamless transactions. Perform Registry Services and TSA services, including processing confidential documents, license renewals, and travel-related needs such as accommodations and passport photos. Assist with daily branch operations, including opening/closing procedures, reporting activities, and maintaining branch security and physical readiness. Listen actively to uncover member needs, maintain compliance with all policies, and communicate service challenges to the Sales and Service Manager.
