Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, processing registry reports, auto loan transactions, and maintaining branch security and physical standards. Cross-sell benefits using the five-diamond process while meeting minimum member satisfaction scores and exceeding related goals. Provide assistance for accommodations, points of interest, and international driving permits. Requires high school diploma or GED, associate's degree preferred, and customer service experience with sales focus. Background check required.
