Lead RRT

Coordinate respiratory care services and supervise RT assignments for full-time night shifts. Manage ventilator and high-acuity patients, perform and interpret ABGs, and support emergency responses. Provide advanced bedside treatment and serve as a clinical resource for the night team. Ensure accurate EMR documentation, collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, and mentor staff within Piedmont's patient-centered, team-focused culture.
