Job Summary
Support shift activities and assignments while acting as an expert resource for staff and physicians across adult ICU, medical/surgical ICU, progressive care, acute floors, and the NICU. Deliver the highest standards of patient safety and quality care by managing ventilators including GE Carescape R860, Servo I, Drager VN500, HFOV, and various CPAP systems. Provide preceptor support, assist with bronchoscopy, and perform inpatient EKGs on general care floors. Cross-train on EEGs and PFTs as needed. Work full-time nights in Snellville, GA, with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Minimum of two years clinical experience in respiratory care
- Current BCLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Proficiency in all patient care settings (i.e., adult ICU, NICU)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia
