Lead Robotics & Automation Project Engineer

Lead Robotics & Automation projects to deploy robotic systems in a power transformer & high-voltage switchgear factory. Drive identification, design, and implementation of robotics to improve productivity, quality, and safety, enabling scalability across similar factories. Serve as primary interface between factory operations and IT/OT teams, ensuring seamless integration of robotics within the enterprise digital ecosystem (SAP, MES, Windchill). Manage end-to-end robotics initiatives from concept and business case through design, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and external vendors. Validate end-to-end data flow and system compatibility, support network infrastructure planning and cybersecurity, and contribute to the robotics/digitalization roadmap aligned with broader business and technology strategies. Develop and implement test and control concepts for quality assurance in power transformer and high-voltage switchgear environments.
