Job Summary
Lead Robotics & Automation Project Engineer responsible for driving deployment of robotic systems in a power transformer & high-voltage switchgear factory; analyze manual manufacturing processes, identify automation opportunities, lead planning/execution from concept to handover with internal teams and external vendors; ensure integration of robotics with enterprise platforms (SAP, MES, Windchill), validate data flows and system compatibility, support digital architecture and cybersecurity, and contribute to roadmap for factory robotics and digitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or related field for Robotics
- Proven experience in successfully delivering robotics & automation projects in manufacturing environments
- Languages: English (strong communication skills)
- Skills: Programming sophisticated PLC programs
