Lead Rigger and Millwright responsible for overseeing rigging operations, leading crew on job sites, and performing the lifting, moving, and installation of large or heavy equipment. Interpret and follow rigging and installation guidelines and site planning guides; position and set up machinery; uphold stringent safety and quality standards. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; inspect rigging gear for safety; perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment; conduct site surveys to assess job requirements and ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.
