Job Summary
Lead the design and development of RF hardware for satellite communications; guide a team of engineers through the design, testing, and deployment of RF systems for space applications, from concept to final implementation. Utilize RF simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS), perform high-frequency PCB design (Altium, KiCAD), and conduct RF testing with spectrum and network analyzers. Drive project management and mentorship within a multi-disciplinary space-division engineering team, and effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
