Lead Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Design and continuously improve revenue operations processes, workflows, and standardized partnership development procedures. Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, maintaining CRM structure, automation, dashboards, and reporting tools while enforcing data governance standards. Support partnership teams in accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and monthly revenue reporting to enable data-driven decision-making. Develop performance dashboards, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Product. Train staff on operational systems, create user documentation, and ensure adoption of new workflows. This role operates remotely with minimal travel, reporting to the Director of Revenue & Strategic Partnerships at NFTE, an international nonprofit reaching over one million learners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, CRM administration, sales operations, data analytics, or related fields
- Experience managing CRM platforms and reporting systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Minimal travel required (0–10%), with occasional attendance at organizational meetings, conferences, or planning sessions
- This position will work remotely, from a home office
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce administration or advanced Salesforce user experience
- Experience supporting business development, partnerships, fundraising, or revenue-generating teams
- Experience within education, nonprofit, workforce development, social impact, or technology organizations
- Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms and workflow automation tools
- Candidates located in states where NFTE currently has programs are preferred, including Florida, Georgia, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, Arizona, and California
