Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure smooth inventory flow and back-end support at Bob's Discount Furniture. Manage product flow, supervise staff, and enforce safety compliance while handling physical tasks like lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and operating warehouse equipment. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with store teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Requires flexibility to work retail hours and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a retail schedule
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools
