Job Summary
Lead a team of 12 Product Guides and the Store Management team by embodying Arc'teryx's vision and values across every shift. Deliver world-class guest experience through product knowledge coaching, share brand stories, and manage all five store pillars including inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations. Oversee transactions, open and close the store, and use tools to track sales, labor, and budgets while partnering with leadership to meet goals. Maintain alignment by sharing company updates and supporting store procedures. Work five days a week in Roermond, managing a talented group of guides while pushing for bold goals and celebrating progress.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership and retail experience
- natural ability to coach, motivate, and unlock potential in others
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and team performance
- Fluency in both the local language (e.g., German) and English
- Willingness to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season)
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
