Job Summary
Lead role responsible for training ambassador duties (new employee orientation, product-launch education, and skill development), acting as Manager on Duty for store operations (opening/closing, banking, security), and delivering best-in-class service. Provides expert cannabis recommendations, discusses therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, and administration; participates in patient intake and maintains privacy of records; accurately processes patient orders via POS; resolves customer conflicts and fosters long-term relationships; maintains records in accordance with Florida laws and local regulations; requires 2 years of retail experience, HS diploma, and availability including weekends. Strong attention to detail, multitasking, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in Retail or similar industry where customer service is critical
- Age 21 or over
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient level
