Lead Retail Sales Associate - Eastwood Automotive

Open and close the store according to company procedures, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with sales goals while leading and supporting sales associates during assigned shifts. Handle cash management, deposits, and register reconciliation; maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock replenishment. Address customer concerns professionally and effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures. Support hiring, training, and development initiatives as needed. Base pay includes incentives. Schedule will be within 8am-7pm weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends.
