Job Summary
Manage lead outreach and contact prospective members while overseeing team schedules and general office duties. Execute the proven sales process to sell the monthly wellness program, focusing on client experience, retention, and conversion. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead conversion strategies and demonstrate best practices. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Elements Massage is a brand new studio in Surprise, AZ, seeking a sales leader to build customer loyalty and grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- MindBody Software experience a plus
- Membership sales an experience preferred
