Job Summary
Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products while answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting every guest. Make outbound calls, send texts, and email guests daily to drive conversions and maintain a 40%+ membership sales closing rate. Create a warm, welcoming environment by keeping the lobby and studio public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Responsibly open and close the studio as a key holder position, collaborating with fellow Lash Consultants and the Marketing Team on lead conversion strategies. Available for flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
