Job Summary
Lead Retail Sales Associate with responsibility for supervising store operations, product rotation, and coaching of associates and volunteers to advance AbleLight's mission. Provides direction to staff to meet customer satisfaction and production standards, implements space-utilization strategies for donated goods, delivers coaching and training, resolves concerns from associates, donors, and customers, enforces loss-prevention procedures, and completes timely reports. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of retail or customer service experience, one year of leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs regularly, navigate stairs, and full-time weekday/weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of retail or customer service experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 40 lbs on a regular basis and stand on feet for up to eight hours
- Able to assemble and move racks and shelves for extended periods of time
- Able to carry items up and down stairs as needed
- Must be able to work fulltime hours during the week (days, evenings, and weekends)
