Job Summary
Lead Retail Sales Associate at AbleLight (Non-Profit). Responsible for supervising store operations, coordinating product rotation, and coaching/training associates and volunteers to uphold mission and values. Ensures customer satisfaction and production standards are met, applies loss prevention procedures, prepares and submits timely reports, maintains a safe work environment, and supports staff in resolving customer and donor concerns. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail/customer service experience, one year of leadership experience, valid driver's license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and ability to work full-time hours across days, evenings, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of retail or customer service experience
- One year of leadership experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight
- Able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis (more occasionally) and stand on feet for up to eight hours
- Able to assemble and move racks and shelves for extended periods of time
- Able to carry items up and down stairs as needed
- Must be able to work fulltime hours during the week (days, evenings, and weekends)
