Job Summary
Lead Retail Associate (Shift Lead) at The Cannabist Company in Aurora, CO, supporting store leadership in day-to-day operations, coaching and training employees, resolving customer issues, and driving sales in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Responsibilities include opening/closing, assigning tasks, overseeing customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions, ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal processes, coaching staff in the moment, and collaborating with leadership to identify process improvements. Requires cannabis product knowledge, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, 3+ years of retail experience, cash handling, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
