Job Summary
Lead Retail Associate to supervise Store Associates in daily operations, provide direction and exemplify superior customer service, educate customers as a product expert, and foster BYLT brand ambassador mindset. Responsibilities include guiding daily tasks for Retail Associates, assisting customers with shopping and transactions, managing merchandising via plan-o-gram, handling receiving and stocking procedures, counting and reconciling cash drawers, preparing deposits, managing inventory per Product Freshness Review Schedule, maintaining a safe clean environment, designing monthly schedules to optimize workflow, creating SOP guidelines for daily operations, and applying BYLT product knowledge. Key skills include supervisory experience, strong communication, customer service excellence, problem-solving, information-gathering, ability to motivate a team, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail and supervisor experience
- Excellent communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
- Set sales goals
