Lead Retail Associate

Lead Retail Associate responsible for directing daily tasks to achieve store goals, planning associate work assignments, and upholding policies. Key duties include managing break schedules, ensuring adequate POS coverage, monitoring production quality, acting as a service experience leader, maintaining a safe work environment, communicating policies, resolving employee and customer concerns promptly, assisting with change and project management, and serving as an ambassador in the community. Requires ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends; forklift certification may be required at the site; prior retail or production experience preferred.
